
Ingredients
8 boiled eggs
3 medium onions, chopped fine
3 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp hing
salt, to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
a handful of coriander, chopped fine, to sprinkle on top
Method
This is a list of ingredients.



Boil the eggs till you see cracks in the shells. Let them cool down and peel of the shells.

Cut the eggs into quarters and set aside.


To a pan, add the oil.

Then, add the hing.

Next, add the onions.


Cook the onions till they turn golden brown.

Add the salt.

Then, add the coriander powder.

Next, add the red chili powder.

Add the turmeric.

Add the tomatoes.


Cook the tomatoes till the water has evaporated from them.

Add the eggs to the onion and tomato mixture.


Mix them together and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander on top.

Serve hot.
