
Ingredients (to marinate and cook the chicken)
250 gms chicken, cut into cubes
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Ingredients (for the sesame soy chicken)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ green pepper, cubes
½ red pepper, cubed
1 medium onion, cubed
1 big red chili, deseeded and cut julienne
¼ spring onions, chopped fine
½ cup chicken stock
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
This is a list of ingredients.




To a bowl, add the chicken.

Next, add the light soy sauce.

Then, add the dark soy sauce.

Add the vinegar.

Next, add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Add the brown sugar.


And mix everything in. Marinate it for 2-3 hours.

To a pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

To that add the marinated chicken.

Cook the chicken till the chicken has been cooked completely through.

To another pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

Add the red and green capsicum.

And saute the capsicum for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame

Then, add the onions and red chilies.

Saute for 2-3 minutes, till the vegetables turn tender.

Add these cooked vegetables to the chicken.

And cook for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add the spring onions.

Then, add the vegetable stock.

Mix it in and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.

Serve hot.
