
Ingredients
1 cup hung yogurt
¾ cup mango puree
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios)
a few strands of saffron
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl add the yogurt.

Whisk the yogurt to remove any lumps from the yogurt.

This is how it should look like when done.

To the whisked yogurt, add the sugar.

And mix it in.

Add the mango puree.

And mix it in.

Finally, add the cashew nuts and pistachios.

Then, add the almonds.


Arrange your serving platter.

And fill it up.

Sprinkle with more nuts on top. Add the saffron strands.

Chill it in the fridge before serving.

Serve fresh.

The mango sshrikhand will stay in the refrigerator for 3 -4 days.
