
Ingredients
250 gms chicken, minced
2 medium onions, chopped fine
2 green chilies, deseeded and chopped fine
3tbsp coriander, chopped fine
1tbsp ginger, grated
1tbsp garlic, minced
1tsp cardamom powder
1tsp dried rose petals, crushed
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1tsp, white pepper powder
salt, to taste
butter / ghee, melted to brush on top
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

Finely chop the onions, layer on a cheesecloth and drain out the excess water.


To a bowl, add the chicken.

Then, add the ginger.

Next, add the garlic.

Add the salt.

Then, add the cardamom powder.

Next, add the white pepper powder.

Add the green chilies.

Add the rose petals.

Add the cheese.

Finally, add the onions.


With your hands, give it a good mix.

Grease your palms with a little oil.

Take a little chicken into your greased hands.

Put it onto a satay stick, flatten it out to cover most of the stick.

Repeat this for the entire mixture.

Take a bread loaf.

Cover it with foil.

Layer the kebabs on top.

Bake them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or till well done.

Transfer them onto a plate.

With a pastry brush, brush on a little melted butter or ghee.

This is how they should look like when done.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander on top. Serve on a bed of rice.

You can also serve them as is, with coriander sprinkled on top, with sliced lime wedges and onions.
