
Ingredients
100 gms water, warm
180 gms all purpose flour
10 gms sugar
5 gms salt
40 ml olive oil (to be used in batches)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup mixed dried herbs
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the sugar.

Then, add the yeast.

Add the water and give it a good mix.

To a bowl, add the flour.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour.

Then, add 10ml of the olive oil.

Finally, add the salt.

And knead it into a dough.

Add 10ml oil to a cake tin, put the dough in and let it rest in a warm place for at least an hour.
This is how it looks like when it has risen.

Grease your hands and make indents in the dough.


Add the remaining 20ml oil on top of the dough.


Next, sprinkle the herbs on top.


Finally, add the cherry tomatoes.


Bake in a pre heated oven at 18o degrees for 12-15 minutes, to till a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.

Let it cool down completely on a wire rack.

Run a serrated knife around the edges and remove it out.

Serve fresh.
