Ingredients
1 tbsp oil, extra to deep fry
500 gms mutton, minced
salt, to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
¼ cup chana dal, soaked and drained
¼ cup chickpea flour
¼ cup coriander, chopped
egg, if needed
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a pan, add the oil.

Heat the oil and add the mutton.

Saute the mutton and let the water evaporate out of it.

Add the salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala and cornflour.

Then, add the ginger.

Next, add the garlic.

Finally, add the chana dal.

Cook for a few minutes and take it off the heat.

Let it cook down completely and add this mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Remove this out into a bowl.

This is what you need to make the kebabs.

To the mutton, add the chickpea flour.

Then add the coriander.

And mix everything together.

Make the kebabs as shown in the picture below. If they break and do not bind, break an egg, and add 1 tablespoon at a time, till the time you are able to bind the kebabs.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the kebabs to the hot oil.

Cook the kebabs till they turn brown on both sides.

Cook the remaining kebabs and drain off the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Serve hot.
