
Ingredients
250 gms paneer, cubed
2 tbsp thick yogurt
¼ cup cream
¼ cup cashew powder
2 tbsp oil (extra to grill)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 fresh red chili, deseeded and ground into a paste with water
a pinch of red food colouring
salt, to taste
Method

To a bowl, add the panner cubes.

Then, add the salt.

Next, add the oil.

Add the ginger and garlic paste.

Next, add the cumin powder.

Add the coriander powder.

Add the red food colouring.

Then, add the chaat masala.

Next, add the dry mango powder.

Add the red chili powder.

Add the yogurt.

Add the cream.

Add the cashew powder.

Finally, add the red chili paste.

Give it a good mix and make sure that the marinade coats the paneer.

Transfer to a bowl, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. You can also leave it overnight.

To a grill pan, add oil.

Layer the marinated paneer cubes on it.

Grill them for a few minutes on each side.

Transfer them onto skewer sticks.

Serve hot.
