3 big potatoes, boiled
1cup sweet condensed milk
3tbsp butter (you can also use ghee)
¼cup cashew nuts, chopped
¼cup almonds, chopped
1tsp cardamom powder
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

Grate the potatoes on a plate.

To a pan, add butter.

Once the butter has melted, add the grated potatoes.

Next, add the almonds.

Then, add the cashew nuts.

Add the condensed milk.

Mix the condensed milk in thoroughly.

Finally, add the cardamom powder.

Give it a mix and take it off the heat.

Serve hot.
