
Ingredients
3 cups mixed vegetables (peas, broccoli, corn, carrots, beans)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1tsp yellow chili powder
1tsp chaat masala
1tsp garam masala
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
salt, to taste
1tbsp ghee
2tbsp semolina
50ml milk
1tbsp onion seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp butter, melted
Method
This is the list of ingredients.


Soak all of the vegetables in water, and cook them in the microwave till done.

Drain off the excess water and mash them.

In a pan, add ghee and let it melt.

To the melted ghee, add the carom seeds.

Next, add the onion seeds.

Give it a mix and add the semolina.

Cook the semolina for a few minutes till it browns.

Next, add the milk.

Cook it for a few minutes.

Then, add the mashed vegetables and give it a mix.

Add the chaat masala.

Then, add the garam masala.

Add the cumin powder.

Next, add the yellow chili powder.

Then, add the coriander.

Add the salt.

Next, add the coriander powder.

Finally, add the green chilies.

Give it a mix, cook for a couple of minutes and take it off the heat.

Let the mixture cool down completely.

Add the cheese.

Then, add the breadcrumbs and mix them in.


Take a little mixture into your greased hands.

Start at the top of the skewer and slowly put the mixture around the skewer. Repeat for all of the mixture.

This is how the kebabs should look like when done.

Take a little melted butter with a pastry brush.

Dip the brush into the butter and coat the kebabs.


Bake in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or till the kebabs have been cooked.

Serve hot.
