
Ingredients
1 litre full cream milk
¼ cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cardamom powder
a few strands of saffron
a handful of pistachios, to sprinkle on top
Method
This is the list of ingredients for the rabdi.

To a pan, add the milk.

Then, add the cardamom powder.

Next, add the pistachios.

Put it on the heat on medium heat and bring it to a boil.

Halfway through, add the sugar and saffron strands.

Keep stirring till the mixture thickens down completely.

Transfer the rabdi to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped pistachios on top.
This can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Serve hot or cold.
