
Ingredients
200 gms chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
3tbsp rice flour
3tbsp all purpose flour
3tbsp chickpea flour
½tsp carom seeds
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp coriander powder
1 egg, beaten
1½tsp ginger and garlic paste
1tsp malt vinegar
½tsp red food colour
salt, to taste
oil, to shallow fry
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

To the bowl with the chicken, add the salt.

Then, add the coriander powder.

Next, add the red chili powder.

Then, add the carom seeds.

Next, add the ginger and garlic paste.

Add the red food colour.

Then, add the malt vinegar.

Give it a good mix and marinate for a couple of hours.

After it has marinated for a while, add one beaten egg.

Then, add the chickpea flour.

Next, add the all purpose flour.

Finally, add the cornflour.

Give it a good mix and let it marinate for at least an hour.

To a pan, add oil.

Add the chicken pieces onto the pan.

Cook them on both sides, till they are cooked through and you see a little char on each side.

Transfer them onto a plate.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and chopped onion.
