
Ingredients
– 2cups cooked rice
– 2 medium onions, cut julienne
– 2 cups vegetables, (tofu, mushrooms, cabbage, beans, carrots, capsicum), chopped small
– a handful of spring onions, chopped fine
– 1tbsp oil
– 1 ½tbsp ginger
– 1 ½tbsp garlic
– 2tbsp soy sauce
– 1tbsp vinegar
– 2 red chilies, deseeded and chopped
– salt and pepper, to taste
Method
This is the list of ingredients.



In a wok, add oil.

Next, add the onions.

Add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Sauté it for a couple of minutes.

Add the beans.

Then, add the carrots.

Next, add the green capsicum.

Then, add the mushrooms.

Next, add the tofu.

Finally, add the cabbage and sauté it for a few minutes.

Add the cooked rice.


Mix it in thoroughly.

Add the soy sauce.

Then, add the vinegar.

Add the salt.

Then, add the pepper.

Stir everything in.

Add the red chilies on top.

Serve hot.
